In November Reinhard Glöder turns 75 years old. The Dormagener by choice is known (not only) in the German jazz scene as a pianist and bassist, as a composer, big band leader and also music educator. Jürgen Hille comes from the fine arts and has made an elegiac black-and-white film about the musician out of conviction, in which some pieces are played, including a 15-minute improvisation session with none other than Helge Schneider!
